According to Wikipedia, Fiji lies just to the East of the 180 degree longitude, (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_westernmost_point).
Very attractive layout! New Zealand's Chatham Islands lie to the east of the 180 degree parallel (and therefore would make NZ a candidate for westernmost country as well). Same story in reverse for United States, the end of the Aleutian Island chain in Alaska is west of the 180 degree parallel, and therefore very easterly.
Thanks for the feedback. After doing some research I have found that United States and New Zealand have territory east of the 180th meridian, as well as some other countries. Here is the link to my source: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_easternmost_point
