Which States Produce the most MLB Players

According to Baseball America, which states produce the most baseball players who make it to the major leagues per 100,000 population.
To be clear - this is not a TOTAL number but the number of players out of 100k that make it to the majors. This helps equal out the more heavily populated states.
These states all produce at least 4.00 players per 100k of population.
