UEFA Cup/Europa League Winners If a Club Could Only Win It Once

I got this idea from JustJoshing's series What If...? Football Quizzes.
Imagine that UEFA Cup/Europa League changed its rules so that once a club had won it, they couldn’t win it again. See if you can name the clubs who would consequently be named the new champions for each season.
So if a club finished 1st but had already won a previous tournament (according to the new rules), the team in 2nd would be declared the winners. If the 2nd placed team had also won it, the trophy would pass down to 3rd and so on.
