Thanks for taking my quiz! Please leave any feedback - good, bad, or otherwise - here. I spent a lot of time on the instructions, trying to balance clarity with brevity, so please let me know your thoughts on that, too.

The genesis for this quiz was shipping in the world, after the Russian invasion of Ukraine. I had read an article, that in order to avoid US and EU sanctions and do business with Russia, many ships have changed their registration, in the hopes of avoiding scrutiny. However, some countries, like #1 on this list, defend their regulations and review process, as being as strict and complaint as anyone else in the world.

Yes, I would say so, too. The #1 on the quiz maintains the strictness of their regulations and their compliance, too. It is, most likely, much cheaper than Europe.
