I was torn on the decision to include the Islamic Emirate or not. If anyone has reason it shouldn't be included, I'd like to know.

Alongside this, I did not including Venezuela due to the fact that its president is disputed, as opposed to the legitimate government itself.

If anyone knows of other examples of countries which have multiple recognized governments, I'd appreciate it.
