Use clues to identify location. The clues are: (1) the ISO 3166 Alpha-3 country code; (2) the continent where the answer is located; and (3) an indication of whether the answer is a sovereign state.

One of the answers seems to have shifted to a new continent (PNG).

Please read the caveats. The definition of Oceania used here excludes the Malay Archipelago. The PNG mainland is located on the island of New Guinea, which is part of the archipelago, as are the islands entirely under PNG’s sovereignty.
