Restaurants/Fast Food Joints but Bootleg

Similar to super heros but bootleg. It's basically the off brand version of restaurants/fast food joints So I replace the restaurants/fast food place's name with synonyms,not synonyms but similar words,the word but in a different language or antonyms if I can't think of anything else but very unlikely
