A couple of nitpicks: 'Salzberg' should be 'Salzburg', and the clue about Andorra is incorrect.

The Andorran heads of state are the president of France and a Bishop from a Spanish see that does not respond to the Spanish government but to the Vatican. But in any case, they are only figureheads as in most parliamentary democracies: Andorra is ruled by its people.

I'd suggest changing the clue to "Between France and Spain", "Country in the Pyrenees" or "Catalan as the official language".
