List all native megafauna of Australia. In this case, the term "megafauna" refers to an animal of over 45 kg(100 Ib) in size
Introduced animals, such as camels, are not counted in this list, nor are fully aquatic animals such as sharks or whales.
Includes any surviving megafauna in New Guinea, Melanesia, and New Zealand.
Pinnipeds ARE included in this list, if they live in any of the above locations permanently. Antarctic seals that occasionally make it north are not included.

Another one that I do not know much about. Please tell me if I missed anything.

I repeat that I made the decision to not include any invasive or non-native species, from camels to water buffalo, so those are not going to be added to this list. I did make the decision to include pinnipeds (seals) as I decided that if I was adding saltwater crocodiles, an animal that spends considerable time in the ocean, I might as well add seals as well. Pinnipeds will be added to the other two megafauna quizzes.

Another thing I considered doing is extending the definition of "Australia" to include Indonesia up to the Wallace Line, to capture the entire terrestrial realm of Australasia, but I ended up deciding against it, and going with a more political definition of Australia+the island of New Guinea+New Zealand. The main difference, I believe, is that Komodo Dragons and a couple of deer species are not included in this list. They will instead be included in any "Asia" megafauna lists if I make one
