Physical Regions of the Appalachian Mountains

List the physiographic regions of the USGS Appalachian Mountains physiographic division
These are overarching physical regions, not mountain ranges. Each of these can include multiple mountain ranges.
Further, the Appalachians do not closely correspond to the cultural region of Appalachia, and instead extend well to the north and east of that region.
The Adirondacks, Catskills, and Pocono Hills are not part of this quiz as they geologically are not part of the Appalachians
