Music Trivia: Blues Geography

Several blues sub-genres go by a geographical name; either a continent, nation, state, region or city. Give the appropriate place name associated with the given blues artists. If I listed, for example, several Copenhagen-based blues artists the answer might be Denmark, Scandinavian, European, Continental, Northern European or Copenhagen, depending on which is the designation commonly used for Danish blues musicians. In many cases, more than one term will be accepted. Most of these musicians lived in more than one location, but they have all been designated formally or informally with at least one geographically specific tag.

Great quiz! You might want to check your type-ins for a couple of these. Typing "Africa" also gives you "West Coast," and typing "Piedmo" gives you St. Louis and Kansas City.
