These are only present in my mind because I did a quiz myself recently about actors who played the same role multiple times, but what about Hopalong Cassidy (66 films), Tarzan, Jungle Jim, Blondie, Charlie Chan, etc. etc. all had more films in the series than any on this list. Back in the 30s, 40s, and 50s there were a ton of hugely popular film series like this.
