If you mean subjective, not really. Compared to what came before it, the American Constitution is a pretty impressive document that inspired virtually all other democracies that followed. In terms of longevity and stability, it certainly ranks better than most democracies the world has seen. Not to mention that were only a handful of quasi-democracies that had come before it anyway.
