Not counting unincorporated communities since their population numbers are often outdated (Leicester, North Carolina isn't included for that reason).
There are 2 towns called Glasgow with almost the same population, so the larger one might change every now and then.
Since there is no Kingston-upon-Hull in the U.S., we use the common name Hull. Same thing applies to Newcastle (upon Tyne) and Brighton (and Hove).
