I tried Afrikaan and Afrikaaner, but no Afrikaans. Also tried Low Dutch instead of Low German, forgetting that early US settlers erroneously referred to German immigrants as Dutch rather than German.

Low German is not spoken in Belgium. Only in the Netherlands and Germany.
