You say that shaded rows indicate "an academic publisher" but what they really indicate is a non-university press.

You say that Springer is not on the list, but you don't say why. There is no way that fewer than 170 scientific papers cited Springer books during 2007-2011. There are, in fact, *individual* volumes from Springer that were cited more than 170 times during this period. (E.g., Measure Theory by Bogachev. Source: MathSciNet.)
