How did you arrive at 400 on question #4. Jefferson was elected in 1801. FDR was elected 4 times. 1801 divided by 4=450.25. What am I missing?

Admission: I screwed up. I had edited the question numerous times and between all of them, I must've forgotten to change the actual answer. Thank you for pointing that out, and I apologize.
