It's in the L.A. metro but technically Beverly Hills is its own city. Also, L.A. is already on here for Hollywood Blvd. where the Walk of Fame is.

Got 15 on both. A few freebies on this one though. Las Vegas, Abbey Road, Constitution Ave, 8 Mile Road, Hollywood Blvd., Broadway, ...Saw a show last night that talked about Monopoly being based on Atlantic City, lived in Toronto for 5 years, so only a couple guesses among my 15.

I don't think they're freebies just because they are easy. I tried to put on only streets that were either pretty famous or else you could have a reasonable chance of guessing based on the name or spelling or something. Not everyone knows where Hollywood is or where the Beatles recorded their albums. And.. it's of course entirely possible that a street that shares its name with a place could be in a different place entirely, that happens a lot. I think there's a very healthy range of correct guesses here- from 100% on down to 3%, and a nice curve. No sharp drop-off. Personally when I make a quiz that's what I'm usually trying for.

Castro was a good choice for SF, much better than Lombard. Loved seeing Younge in there and got that instantly Can't believe I blanked on Orchard... I've been there a dozen times, but I kept on thinking of towns in Western New York which wouldn't ever show up in this quiz.

I've been to Orchard Road several times before, as well. Pretty memorable if you've been there. But it is still the least-guessed answer here by far so don't feel too bad.

The Dam isn't a street, it's a square, as such it is never called Dam street, sometimes Dam Square but mostly just Dam.

If it's not a street then why is it called Dam Straat (Dam Street)? Type it in to Google. Anyway, even if it was a square, a square is still street.

and look it up on google maps where you can see clearly.

The famous square is indeed just called "Dam". De Damstraat is just a small side street of no grat significance.

Of course it's significant. It's on this quiz.

Considering a canal the same than a street is a bit strange, but Venice is quite unique so ok. Anyway "Canalasso" is IMHO too much local: it's how Venetian locals name in their dialect the "Canal Grande". The latter is the official and more common name in Italy, and no one ever calls it otherwise.

I know. I spent a few weeks in an apartment right next to it last Spring. I think translating it to "the Grand Canal" is too much of a giveaway.

Much of South Las Vegas Boulevard is actually in a city called Paradise Nevada and runs through a smaller municipality called Winchester, after you reach the north end of the strip. The stratosphere and north to Fremont Street ect. is in the city of Las Vegas itself. Great quiz regardless.
