The elevation of Obama over Clinton is baffling. Clinton's foreign policy was much, much better. He also presided over the greatest economic growth we've seen. I don't get it at all.

Trump is worse than Pierce and Harding? This obviously a VERY biased test, Trump is better than George Walker Bush and Nixon to say the least, and Obama in the top 10? Sheesh he started 7 wars and had the lowest economic recovery ever, Obama wasn't even CLOSE to Ronald Reagans ending of the Cold War and tearing down the Berlin Wall, this is definitely the most biased one I have saw. Wilson? 10? Yes we won WW1 but he was EXTREMELY racist by bringing back the KKK.
