i'm not sure how these %s were calculated, but I'd bet any amount that Giannis will be in the hall someday, and that John Wall will not.

There is an instruction on Basketball Reference on how they calculate it.

Between Wall en Giannis it's right now based on their careers so far. So with Wall having been in the league longer he's totaled more assists and mins + 1 more All-star selection. Giannis will pass him quickly in this ranking I'm guessing.
