I thought Equatorial Guinea spoke Spanish. I also thought you had missed a few countries but, after looking up the information myself, I guess not. Of those I was going to mention I think Syria has the largest French-speaking population. Or maybe the Netherlands. But not enough to consider it a de-facto official language of either country...
