Since you've included Tel Aviv airport for Jerusalem, why not the Colombo Airport (CMB) for Kotte and Larnaca Airport (LCA) for Nicosia? Nicosia does have an airport (ECN), but it's on the Turkish side.

Good point. I have added Kotte, because CMB serves Colombo including Kotte.

I have not added Nicosia because:

- It used to have an airport (NIC) but this is now largely disused.

- Larnaca is simply the nearest international airport (the same could be said for TLV and Jerusalem, but the dedicated train service between them implies TLV 'serves' Jerusalem).

- ECN in Northern Cyprus does not receive international flights.

I realise all of the above is a bit subjective but I have to draw the line somewhere!
