You've switched up your answers for the first and second destroyed Horcruxes. Harry destroyed the diary. Dumbledore destroyed the ring years later. As for the only Horcrux that was both Horcrux and a Deathly Hallow, you should consider expanding your accepted answers. I tried "ring," "stone," "resurrection stone," "Gaunt's ring," "Marvolo Gaunt's ring," and even "Peverell's resurrection stone," all of which are technically correct. Additionally, and this is just being picky, Crabbe only passively destroyed the diadem. He personally did not finish it, but rather its destruction was due to an accident. In terms of what destroyed it, I would say the element (which you already have as a question) and not the person.
