I have heard that Icelanders also does, need source though.

I am Hungarian, and we do that indeed, but I have never heard that Romanians, Austrians and Bavarians do that. Quite the opposite, I was convinced that they use the Western Name Order.

Austrians only do that informally. In school or work, you would never do that, that would be seen as tactless. I'm Austrian, so I should know.

Oh, thank you. So in informal conversations you say Müller Hans, for instance, but in any formal context he is Hans Müller?
