All ASOIAF Characters

This is a quiz on ALL of the A Song and Ice of Fire characters who are a) named in the main five books and b) actually appear and aren't just mentioned. So no world books, no historical characters, no Dunc and Egg, no Winds sample chapters. Of course I've missed a bunch, because they're not all in the appendix. Also I've been going by the wiki for 'mentioned' versus 'appeared' and for some of the characters it's a bit off. And even with all of that, there's still nearly a thousand answers. This was a huge waste of my time, so at least show respect by wasting some of yours. Also MASSIVE Spoilers in the hints.
