There are several Random Quizzes on JetPunk. But, only Stewart has Random Picture
quizzes. They are so rare because JetPunk, unlike random quizzes, doesn't has an option for Random Picture quizzes. But still, there is a way by which you can make Random Pictures Quizzes. In this blog, I am going to tell you how to make a Random Picture Quiz.
All you need to do now is paste this tag in hint and adjust the height and width. I would suggest you to keep the alignment center as center alignment works best for these type of quizzes. Now, paste the image image address from wikimedia commons (or any website if you want unless it is free). But remember, you are using image address and not the link of that page.
The image will appear. Do the same to add all 10 flags and write their answer against them. You will have an output like this.
Now, after you will save the quiz, you can preview it but it might look a bit weird, like blue background and all that. We can fix that from step 4, Design Grid.
Now, you can preview again and you can see that everything looks normal now. The quiz is ready to be posted.
Now, you have learnt all the things you need to to make a random picture quiz. I used the same technique to make this, Random Skyline to City. I hope you will like this quiz and will make some random picture quizzes. I would like to see more random picture quizzes on JetPunk.
Our Quiz
To start learning, let's make a simple quiz, Random Flag to country. We will keep the quiz quite simple so that it is easy to learn. We will be including only 10 flags to keep the quiz simple for learning, and just 5 of them will appear randomly.Let's Begin
The first thing you need to remember is that, make a new Text Quiz, not a Picture Quiz. Give it a good title and description. After that, in Step 1 {Quiz Options}, from Advanced Group, select More Option. After that, a dialogue box will appear. In that, change your quiz type to Random Group from Normal. After that, turn # of Answers to 5 and Group size to 1. Save the changes.
You can change # of Answers to whatever number of answers you want for your quiz. But, Group Size should always be 1.
How to add images?
Okay, so we will be adding the flags of So, now let's use some html to add these photos to our quiz. All you need to do now is paste this tag in hint and adjust the height and width. Design Grid
First of all, make it a 1 block quiz. (It is just recommended for this quiz, you can change it if you want.) Now, open the edit style group and select any of the two cells of the first row. Change it's BG Color to FFFFFF. Now, change again from this row to all cells and change the border size to 0. Your quiz should look like this now. Now, you can preview again and you can see that everything looks normal now. The quiz is ready to be posted.
