Personally, I think that flying are just unmakable, because it would be just impossible to take off and land without hitting an other flying car. And also because what would we do with all the roads? And how will it be during the years of transition, with people with flying cars, and other with "normal" ones?

I have no precise ideas, but I think it has to stay on our actual roads. Probably hydrogen cars.

In 1100, people were thinking it is impossible to fly in air

baptistegorce brings up a good point. We’ve also already seen the limitations of planes with the eventual failure of the Concorde and the limits of trains are being pushed with bullet trains. I think connectivity is going to be the way forward for the near future, not the mode of transportation.

I think that our road infrastructure will stay but the way vehicles are powered has to change. There is only a finite amount of fossil fuel left. Electric or Hydrogen is the way to go, if theres a breakthrough in battery technology it will be a game changer.

Imagine a battery that lasts for 600 miles or more but with a full charge in the same time it takes to fill up with petrol (gasoline to our american friends)

Flying cars are a non starter in my opinion, imagine trying to land and park in your local supermarket, just easier to drive in the first place

The recent world lockdown(sort of) has shown that most things carry on regardless, so I think yeetdeet is correct about connectivity rather than travel

I agree with you. Space vehicles are likely to change, but Earth vehicles will just be improved more and more, instead of having new ones invented. Fossil fuels won't last forever.

By my comment I meant that there could like be a siri thing that you could tell... Go to _ _ _. It would drive you there

I think most of transport will be electric, and gas stations will go extinct.
