About Amazon, I can remember of Mato Grosso, Rondônia, Pará, and Amazonas.

Actually no. That's mainly because of logging. Although there are cities like Manaus, Belém, and Cuiabá (although Cuiabá is more on the region of Cerrado and Pantanal)
