It is my first blog entry so allow me to introduce myself. Below, you will find not only the information on who I am, but also my statement on the Polish Jetpunk and the quizzes I submit…
As you might have noticed, most of my quizzes are in the Polish language (even though I have studied in the United Kingdom and can speak English). It is because I want all my quizzes to be related to Poland. Let’s be honest, there are many top-quality English quizzes, that cover many different topics. I don’t see much sense in either translating them to Polish or creating new quizzes in English, that would be on very narrow topics. Instead, I want to focus on the topics related to Poland and Poles, so that the Polish Jetpunk community can develop and have many interesting, non-recurrent quizzes.
But enough about Jetpunk for now 😊. Let me write something about myself. My name is Michal and I am from Kolobrzeg (a Polish town by the Baltic Sea). I’m the University of Liverpool graduate – I have finished the BSc Geophysics course. I have been interested in the Earth Sciences since my early school days. That’s why I’m so into Jetpunk, that has so many Geography related quizzes (I have disovered the website by looking for them). When I was 19, I moved to the UK to start my higher education on a level I’ve always dreamed of. I was not dissappointed 😊.
In private… I’m a huge nerd 😊. I love movies and TV shows (I have counted my watching time once… It was so big I prefer not to share it with you… THAT’S WHAT SHE SAID! Well, now you know what my favourite TV show ever is 😊). I love the tabletop RPGs, especially Call of Cthulhu. In my free time, I also participate in the orienteering. In Poland it’s slightly different to what you may know though. There are events that consist of the long distances rather than the sprints. Nowadays, I usually participate in the 25km races, but have finished many 50km ones in the past. For these of you who don’t know what I’m talking about – orienteering is a race usually taking place in the forest, during which you receive a map with points marked on it. Your goal is to find them in the field.

Since you've made up to top 100 recently -and congrats for that!- I would like to know which country I should put because you filled in Poland and Germany in your profile. So I can put 50% PL + 50% DE or just one of these countries if you prefer.
Btw, it is not common to read about orienteering. I did love these kind of races when I was at college :)
