HELLO ALL. I think the reason why many you know a sea-cow to be a manatee is because that is an Atlantic/Caribbean creature, whereas the dugong is and Indo-Pacific creature. Where I live I've only known dugongs and was excited to see this in the quiz.

Why is a Dalmatian a breed of dog found at a fire station?
+1

Jul 8, 2015
It's an old thing- they used to be used as fire dogs, I think.

Dalmations were used as 'Fire Station' dogs from the days of horse-drawn fire wagons. The dalmation can run for ever and are very loyal to owners, any dogs that came to chase the fire wagons and upset the horses would be chased away by the dalmations who are also brave fighters. The dalmation would run along under and behind the wagon and keep watch.
