You should accept Raipur for Bhilai. Considering they're both about the same size (1 mil) and in the same greater metropolitan area. And Raipur is the capital.

That must be the origin of my favorite cucumber - poona kheera. It grows great in my garden and doesn't get bitter with age. I always wondered about its name. (It looks like a russet potato when it gets older, but still tastes good.)

If you are willing to consider the Raipur - Bhillai - Durg Tri city metropolitan area, shouldn't the Visakhapatnam Metropolitan region should be considered. It has a population of over 5 million. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Visakhapatnam_Metropolitan_Region

https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/3/3c/Hi-Lucknow.ogg sounds closer to a "lahk" i should retract this request anyway. the NIC (an Indian institution) uses "Lucknow" rather than "Lahknau", which is probably just a very bad alternative spelling
