Actually, the cranium consists of multiple bones. I tried several of these (occipital, temporal, frontal, parietal) -- none of which were accepted. If you are looking for "cranium", I suggest you change the clue to something like "What is the scientific name for the conglomerate of bones that encase the brain?" Thanks.

I am a physician. When asked to name "THE bone", the word "cranium" never even was a consideration for me. Cranium really is not a bone. Similarly, neither is "pelvis" a bone. It is composed of the sacrum, ilium, ischium, and pubic bones.

I would argue that Algiers is a very well known movie as well. It starred Charles Boyer and Hedy Lamarr in her Hollywood debut and it was one of the biggest movies of 1938.

One that most people haven't heard of or don't remember. I certainly haven't, so I'd say it's far from "well-known". It may have been one of the biggest movies in 1938, but it clearly didn't make as big a splash as the other North African city/movie.

I am not saying it should be the only correct answer, just that there was another well known movie of that era that could/should be considered correct as well
