I think Grommit, with 2 M's should be accepted, since I believe it is spelled WITH 2 M's.

It's definitely a single M. But I changed the quiz to allow two M's as well.

I got Obama's dog's name by typing one of my many guesses for the cat in Meet the Parents - Mr Bongles. I'm very annoyed that I couldn't remember the name of that damn cat, as I've watched Meet the Parents MANY times.

It's not great but it's still maybe in the top 5 of all time. More because all the rest that aren't Calvin & Hobbes, Dilbert, Bloom County or the Far Side are horrible.

Because the first thing everyone guesses when guessing the name of a dog is the owner's initials.

Yeah, isn't it an international law that all dogs must be named by their owner's initials? I didn't even know Obama had a dog -- nor, quite frankly, do I care that he does.

Are Brian and Gromit considered "pets"? I know they're a different species but to me they look more like part of the family

My age is showing when I saw the photo and assumed Cleo the talking basset hound would be on here. (Anyone else remember the TV show, "The People's Choice"?)
