Found this quiz to be pretty easy, even though I didn't know the name of Jason's ship I was able to deduce it from "Jason and the Argonauts," and I don't think I've ever heard of nor seen the film Manhattan.

Manhattan is one of Woody Allen's best films, and it's usually on those lists of Best Ever Movies ... http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0079522/combined

I'm not a big Woody Allen fan but maybe I'll check it out.

Oddly, I got that thanks to They Might Be Giants' "Birdhouse In Your Soul". "...after killing Jason off and countless screaming Argonauts. Bluebird of friendliness, like guardian angels it's always near..."

"Heathers" is the name of a movie. "Heather" isn't.

I must have tried 'heather' five or six times. Never heard of the film

I'm deeply ashamed that my initial interpretation of LBJ was LeBron James. :(

I don't think it's fair that so many of the questions are US specific. Things like the state flower of Mississippi and some town in Arizona aren't really known internationally.

That henchmen clue is a good, hut a bit too off the wall.

It was the hardest one, took a bit of thinking. Perfectly obvious afterward.

There was a movie released in the late 90s called Hoods with Joe Mantegna, Kevin Pollak and Joe Pantoliano. That was my first answer for the henchmen clue.

Goonies could also be a correct answer for the henchmen clue, especially when toadies is put alongside. It's a bit ambiguous that you meant minions.

Came here to type that. Of course, once Goonies got in my head, I couldn't think of any other synonyms for that.

I thought that, too. With more investigation, though, I have found that goonies doesn't actually work. Goons could work, but apparently "goonies" is a reference to birds when it's not used to specifically refer to that movie. That said, Minions are stupid and awful.

I totally overthought this. Was trying to think of Chinese words I knew, like the equivalent of "barrio." Real forehead slapper when I saw the answer.

I'm so groomed on crosswords where there's a firm rule that the clue can't contain the any of its answer --- like "China" in "Chinatown". Not so on Jetpunk but it still irks me nonetheless.

I know that Minions is like a million times better-known, but for the "toadies/henchmen" clue I was really committed to a Chuck Norris movie called "Sidekicks." I tried it like five times.

Would you be able to accept "troll" as an answer? I understand if it cannot be changed, as movie titles are specific and all that.
