I only knew it wasn't an interrobang! But upon further reflection, it does seem kind of weird that I know what the symbol *means*, but had never in my life heard or even thought of what it might be called.
While I was spending too much of my time at university in the student bar, I clearly spent too much of my time at the bar playing pool instead of darts. Only one I got wrong.
I was taught that there is dispute about whether the panda is a bear or raccoon, but the internet says that dispute has been settled in favor of the bear. I also thought an inner bull's eye was worth 100, but apparently I was wrong about that too. It's only 50.
I spent years of my childhood telling people that pandas are not bears, as I learnt that they were definitively part of the raccoon family. I've got some words to have with the encyclopedia that decided to phrase it as that rather than saying it was under dispute, and I'd better hope nobody remembers and calls me out on it! When did they find out they are actually bears?
I'm feeling relatively pleased to be among the 8% who didn't know that Spiderman was bitten by a radioactive spider yet among the 39% who can classifiy a tarsier. Better than the other way round methinks.
I think the eastern catholic churches celebrate easter later. The hint would be better if it said 'Roman catholic' instead of 'catholic living in the US'. It's shorter and more correct, as there are probably a few eastern catholics that live in the US.
