quizmaster, this list could be a lil longer, for instance darrell green played 20 years with only the redskins. joe theisamnn also played all his nfl games with the redskins, even though the dolphins drafted him he technically wasnt with them for any games and his time in the canadian league shouldnt count

Why would you name five players if three of them played for other teams? Check yourself before Johnny Wishbone wrecks yourself.

Omitted Hall of Famers that fit:

Gale Sayers, Anthony Munoz, Ozzie Newsome, Randy White, Bart Starr, Raymond Berry, Jackie Slater, John Hannah, Andre Tippett, Harry Carson, Fred Biletnikoff, Ray Guy, Gene Upshaw, Chuck Bednarik, Joe Greene, Jack Ham, Jack Lambert, John Stallworth, Lynn Swann, Dan Fouts, Kellen Winslow, Bruce Matthews, Sammy Baugh, Darrell Green, Russ Grimm

I'd say Sayers, Newsome, Starr, Guy, Greene, Fouts, and Baugh could be added without making the quiz any harder...

Jim Kelly played American Football for another team, the Houston Gamblers in the USFL, from 1983-1985. I'm also not sure if this counts, but John Elway was drafted by the Baltimore Colts, and was then traded.

Actually it was the Baltimore Colts at the time--Irsay had not moved the team yet.

Earl Campbell and also some players, like Billy Joe Dupree, that played for the Cowboys can be added to the list.

Maybe add position, that would make the quiz a lot easier, plus, there could be two players who only played for the Browns between 1957 and 1965

Disappointed to see how few people are guessing the Seahawk here. No doubt a generational thing. He pulled off one of the best plays I've ever seen, in a game against the Broncos. The safety blatantly interfered with him and picked the pass. This guy gets up, goes to the ref, screams at him for not calling interference, then runs downfield, hits the safety so hard he causes a fumble, and recovers the fumble. The kind of play that only a certain kind of player could make.

Agreed. Unfortunate how unrecognized Largent is now.

But almost as many named him as Phil Simms. I don't understand how phil simms scored less than half the amount scored by Eli Manning (unless, of course, people were drafting his brother as the Colts player forgetting that superbowl drubbing that the Seahawks gave him).
