Neither the little Martian or the singing frog were ever named in the actual cartoons. They were dubbed Marvin and Michigan many years later by Chuck Jones.
I couldn't remember the name Witch Hazel. I did remember an episode where a man came to her door with flowers asking for "Suzanne". Sadly, Suzanne was not an accepted answer.
I once had a parakeet that would say, "I tawt I taw a puddy tat. I diiiid! I did tawt I taw a puddy tat." (he put his own little twist on it) Priceless!!!
Huh. I was able to call all these characters to mind pretty much instantly (though not, unfortunately, all their names), except for the witch. I have zero memory of a witch character in the Looney Tunes cartoons.
I'm not sure if I've ever actually seen any Looney Tunes cartoons, but I have seemingly absorbed enough through cultural osmosis to get the majority of these. On an unrelated note, I don't think the people who designed the Tasmanian Devil had ever actually seen one. I mean the most distinctive feature of a devil is its black fur and white chest stripe. To be honest, Pepe Le Pew probably looks more like an actual Tasmanian Devil, apart from the tail. Anyway, that's my griping as a Tasmanian done.
