Two out of three Unforgivable Curses are somewhere here. The curse in C2 was invented by Severus Snape.
C3 brings life inanimate objects and artifacts.
The Exploding Charm is under the spell that conjures flames. The spell in C3 might protect your house.
The two Unforgivable Curses are on the same column, but they are not touching each other.

Stupefy
Expelliarmus
Sectumsempra
Incendio
The last one? Erases the target's memory.
If you use this spell too late against A2, D2 or D3, you might get hurt. Don't worry, you'll find light in the left corner.
C1 reverses the charm in A4. I wouldn't use the spell in B4 to fix broken bones, but you can try it on non-living things.
On row 1 you can find the curse that places the target under the complete control of the caster.
3
Expecto patronum
Crucio
Piertotum Locomotor
Bombarda
I'm wondering why the spell in C4 is not considered as Unforgivable Curse... it is pretty awful.
You can find the Stunning spell on row 2.
I don't think the spell in A2 works on Dementors...
You can't find the killing curse anyway here.
4
Lumos
Reparo
Obliviate
Alohomora
The spell that drives away Dementors can be found in this column.
If you need something fast that is out of your reach, just use the spell in D1. You don't need keys if you know the basic spell in the other right corner.
"If there's one thing I pride myself on, it's my Memory Charms."
With the spell in B2 you can force your opponent to drop whatever's in their possession.
Great quiz except for one thing: bombarda is spelled with an a not an o. Also, definitely a nitpick but based on the hint given for D3 two equally valid alternatives are confringo and expulso, so perhaps you could be more specific, especially when bombarda is not book canon
