NASCAR - Sprint Cup Drivers with Great Nicknames but No Wins

These drivers from the 1949-1959 era raced in the top level of NASCAR (now Sprint Cup) using their great nicknames. Identify them.
All these drivers raced at least 10 times. Some other great nicknames from less frequent drivers - Ace, Baldy, Buckshot, Lucky, Shorty, Pappy, Slim, Fuzzy, Smokey, Tubby, Snuffy, Pee Wee, Skimp, Tex, Pug, Rags and my favourite, Runt.
To prove it's not QUITE dead, one driver added from the 1980s!
One of these drivers even raced under a false last name! It's noted in brackets.
