No, just the saint's name. So if county was either St. Claus or Santa Claus, you would only need to write Claus.

I think he/she is referring to Mary's. Sometimes I had the right saint, just didn't translate it to the correct language - John/Juan, Micheal/Miguel, Matthew/Mateo.
