gave every woman the right to vote in the U.S.
19th
lowers the voting age from 21 to 18.
26th
created the era of Prohibition by outlawing the sale and use of alcohol.
18th
guarantees suffrage to every citizen and prevents the federal government or states from denying anyone suffrage on account of race, color, etc…
15th
allows for the right to bear arms (Fire arms) and to keep a militia.

states that any power not controlled by the federal government is granted to either the state or people.

prevents Congress or states from requiring some sort of tax or fee in order to vote.
24th
protects the freedom of speech, press, petition, assembly, the practice of religion, as well as prohibits any national religion (separates church and state).
1st
allowed for parties to nominate both a president and vice president. If there is no majority vote from the Electoral College, the House of Representatives votes for president between the top 3 candidates.
12th
abolished Slavery and involuntary servitude unless as punishment for a crime.
13th
protects people from being forced to have U.S military from staying in their homes unless in times of war.
3rd
certain lawsuits against states can’t be brought to a federal court. (Sovereign Immunity)
11th
allows for Congress to levy taxes based on any source not just population as was previously done. Creates an Income Tax.
16th
set dates for starting a term of office after an election (January 3rd for Congress and the 20th for President). It also clarifies what happens if the to be President dies before taking office or if there is no candidate decided yet.

stated that a president could only serve for two four year terms whereas before it wasn’t required.
22nd
gives all citizens a speedy trial, a fair jury, an attorney, and the chance to confront a witness (Know who it is).
6th
changed how Senators are elected by allowing voters to directly elect their Senators as opposed to state legislatures.
17th
allowed residents of D.C to vote in the Electoral College for President.
23rd
guarantees we will be tried by a jury of our peers and therefore not be unfairly imprisoned by the government.
7th
discusses what happens when a President resigns, is removed or if they die in office.
25th
states that there may be other rights than those listed in the constitution and despite this they still may not be violated.
9th
talks about the salaries of Congress. It basically states that another election would have to occur before the pay changes decided upon by congress take affect.
27th
gives everyone the right to a grand jury, protection from self incrimination, protection from double jeopardy (being put on trial continuously), the guarantee of due process (receiving a fair trial,etc…), and for all seized private property is to be compensated for by the government.
5th
repealed the Eighteenth Amendment.

Pretty broken. You just have to type in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and it'll auto fill everything in. Author needs to limit the answers to a highlighted field
