You say "Does not have to be native speakers", but most of your numbers are coming from the Native Speakers table. For example, the Native Speakers table says Germany has 69,701,200 (which is what you list), but by definition that omits all of the non-native speakers of German in Germany (including millions of immigrants).
Yeah sorry about that, fixed the German and Austrian numbers however the source I used doesn't have the raw number for some of the countries so I just put in the number of native speakers as a best guess. I am aware that are many more non-native speakers in countries like the U.S. but I have no way of measuring that, so for that reason I didn't.
