Nice idea for a quiz but you’re using an old map of Wales. Clwyd is an old county. The County of Wrexham borders Shropshire and not Clwyd
It would make sense to clarify this in the wording of your question.
Also, to be clear hardly anybody in England and Wales would know what such a definition of a County would mean.
The difference is, that in England they’re similar to historic counties and current counties.
In Wales the preserved counties bear very little similarity with current or historic counties
