Playable Mons/Treasure Town Residents in MD: EoS [Pointless]

We’re looking for any Pokemon that you can play as, or any Pokemon that appears in Treasure Town in the generation 4 Mystery Dungeon games as either a member of the guild, a shop owner, a member of an exploration team that appears there to stay temporarily, or any other regular resident shown throughout the course of the story. We’re not accepting Scizor, who is found there very briefly after you rescue him and stays only to thank you before leaving, Dusknoir, who hangs around the town as part of the story to spy on you but never actually lives there, or Grovyle and Manaphy, who both stay the night with you a couple of nights there after you return from the future.
