That's a good idea well done. Surprising that Greece hasn't been visited (other than Atlantis in The Time Monster, I suppose, which doesn't correspond to anywhere in modern Greece)

And indeed Ireland - I tend to agree with you that the apparent 'screen memory' story of Brendan in Ascension of the Cybermen 'isn't real' and therefore doesn't reflect an actual visit to Ireland (but this may be changed in future stories I suppose).

Really, really surprised that Ireland and Greece aren't on here.

Also, for a show that's been around for almost 60 years, the brevity of this list is a surprise in and of itself, even though a lot of its adventures aren't on Earth.
