Actually, they are the main exporter of oil in the Caribbean and main producer of liquefied natural gas in LatAm/Caribbean, according to this source! It surprised me as well to see it so high

Really interesting; good one. I looked up Mongolia, as that surprised me to see them on there, and found that the reasons for their high figure are: livestock pumping out methane (70 million of 'em), coal use, desertification, and an increase in pests that have damaged trees.
