Never thought about Dublin! Surely Wirral isn't a City (or town) - it's a peninsula? The biggest town in it is Birkenhead.

It's kind of confusing when you're dealing with different administrative definitions. I used this data https://www.visionofbritain.org.uk/unit/10057115/cube/TOT_POP for the figures. The figures are for the Wirral Metropolitan Borough which encompasses Birkenhead and a few other towns. The big challenge for the whole quiz is like I said with administrative definitions but for the most part I used the metropolitan boroughs to try keep the data consistent.
