Canton and Cantonese have been famous from China a long, long time. Guangzhou will never get the same general populace recognition even though it's part of a global power zone now.
In the clue "nations worldwide," there is a lot of ambiguity. I was under the impression that this was referring to a specific nation in the world. Maybe you could change the clue to "nations organization" or "'nations' based in New York." Or you could change the clue to refer to an entirely different thing that starts with United, such as States or Arab Emirates. Also, I see missed opportunity in the existence of a Portland on both the East and West coast and a Sao Tome and Principe and a Sao Paulo. Otherwise, I love this quiz's basis!
