Countries that may be considered Transcontinental
Name all the countries that can be considered to have territories on multiple continent geographically (in a broad sense).
Including oversea territories and offshore islands, NOT including Antarctica territories claimed by countries
Brunei, East Timor, and the Philippines are all considered either fully in Asia or fully in Oceania, so are excluded in the quiz
Only considering geographical location, so countries like Cyprus and Armenia is not on the list. On the other hand, Iceland may well be considered a transcontinental country due to its really special geographical location, yet we will still exclude it to avoid confusion
By Main Continent, we mean the continent with more population in that country

It's not about whether anyone calls Japan an "Oceania country." No one calls France "South America", no one calls Denmark "North America" as well, yet we still consider them to be transcontinental.
It's all about "having territories on multiple continent geographically (including oversea territories and offshore islands)" as the instruction says. And clearly Japan's Izu islands and Ogasawara Village are normally considered part of Oceania. So Japan definitely can be considered an answer since it meets the standard of the instruction.
According to Wikipedia, the territory of Greece includes a number of islands just off the coast of Asia Minor, such as Rhodes, Kos, Samos, Chios, Lesbos, Kastellorizo, Strongyli Megistis, and Ro.
