Great, I want to visit Gujarat! I only missed the Indus Valley one so this is the best I've done so far.

i read multinational as national and got excited that india has it's own pizza chain lol

Nice to see you back at this series for the first time in a while! I've known that Modi and Gandhi (and Vallabhbhai Patel who you kinda mention with the Statue of Unity) are both Gujarati, but I didn't realize Ambani and Tata were as well! I guess Gujarat has really churned out a lot of important Indians.

Thanks! Gujarat is known as one of the economic powerhouses of India. A lot of Gujaratis (and Parsis) were traders and did expand to other places like eastern and southern Africa. Maybe that's why the richest belong to Gujarat.

Also, it seems like the data is outdated. The second richest (as I thought him to be) is now the richest Asian and not just Indian. He is Gautam Adani, the founder of Adani Enterprises. I'll change that later on.
